But in any case if what is being reported is verifiably true, and it is, does it really matter what source is chosen?
Edited to add ---. Today I established what an enforcement officer is/ways!
It was on the "SOS - Filthy Britain " show. It seems it's a posh name (?) for free ranging bin men!
