Art if you had asked me that question a few years ago I would probably have said yes.
My body often felt tired when younger but never like this, I had the ability to bounce back after a rest, I don't now.

Good question Arty,I refuse to see Myself as 'old',and I'm careful not to live in the past...When You stop looking forward and start looking back,I guess THAT'S when You're old..also when You see ALL Young Folks as being less intelligent than You were at Their age!..(so I guess there are quite a few oldies on this 'ere Forum)

Re: At What Point Do You Suddenly Become An Old Person?

I don't feel old. Maybe I should come back in a few months time when I'm 50.
Mum recently turned 70, and looks a lot younger, so that's maybe why I feel younger.
I felt no different to when I was around 26 for many years, but I think recently I've accepted I'm going to be 50. There's definitely no going back from it, so might as well embrace it.

When you become invisible, you are old. Think about it.

Not applicable. Could I please get through middle age first...that's painful enough!

I will consider myself to be old when I fail to see the beauty that surrounds us every day and when I can only see the horror and ugliness that also surrounds us every day.

Then maybe you should be doing things daily which would prevent that cloak of invisibility from hiding you.
