Afraid not donks. It means that banks are informed to expect to lose their banking rights. That is, econmically, a bigger blow than losing all trade in goods.
On the other hand, it also means mobilizing an enormous force influencing boris and those backing him. We could see boris rowing back on his previous statements. Interesting to see how he will do that without losing the support of you and other brexiters. In view of the proven lack of intelligence of brexiters he may well pull it off.

I think your wrong there solly, where do you think uk gets the money
they use to subsidise the eu???
The trade they do with eu is only a fraction of what they do with
the REAL world!!

The*GDP*figure in*2019*was $2,824,850 million for the UK. 15% of that was made by exports to the EU. The UK contribution is 11 bn a year.
Do your own mathematics.

That’s not the point DM, if you start a thread it’s normal to link it to your source to enable members to read more information.

Re: BOE Prepared for NO DEAL!! HOORAY!!

Personally I have never wanted a no deal brexit, and I firmly believe that it would be better for all of the european countries, including us, if we were to leave on good terms and with a mutually acceptable trade deal in place.

However, that seems to be an impossible outcome whilst the EU is determined to punish us for having the temerity to leave their club, so as to serve as a deterrent to other member states who desire to take the same route.

I do think that the whole of europe will be the poorer for no deal, but that seems to be in the hands of the commission at the moment.
