It's an LG - quite an old one. I don't know the model.

Without knowing the mode number it's impossible to be specific but, using your remote control, try the following procedure:

Select Menu/Sound

Select Settings or Options

Select Mode (perhaps Speech or Music)

Select Bass/Treble or Equaliser and adjust (less Bass, more treble to make sound clearer)

Select Stereo or Surround, as available, and Balance, as appropriate

Select Reset if you've made the sound worse ..... !

There will probably be other settings/options worth adjusting .....
