Get Well Soon, Sir

Prince Philip 90, was flown to Papworth Hospital Cambridgeshire on December 23 after suffering chest pains during preparations for the Royal family's Christmas celebrations at Sandringham.

A "minimally invasive procedure of coronary stenting" was successfully performed on the Prince and he was said to have had a "good night" in hospital.

I hope he will be better soon. I hadn't seen any recent photos, shocked to see how old he looks!

What a terrible time for his family. It is scary when older people fall ill. I hope he is back home soon.

Caught this on this evening's news, he is such a stalwart and I bet he will want to be home asap. They were saying he won't be running the Boxing Day Hunt, someone else will be though (shame).

The doctors won't risk sending him home too soon after a heart procedure due to his age.

I think his legendary stubborness will be a bonus. Did look a bit frail of late, but he is 90 after all.

Yes I was shocked too, also the Queen looked a little old lady, what a shame, we dont ever think of them as old people, which they are. Good luck to them both and hope he goes home when it is right for his health.

Quite honestly I can't abide any of the Royal family, but I wish him just as well as I have wished our Pixie and Uncle Joe. No more, no less.
