Transition, we comply with EU Rules, no input until the end of this year.
We simply cannot enforce our own Fishery Rules until we have the systems, vessels and staff in place.
We have not even yet placed the orders.

We can use prerogative powers for the UK fisheries during the transition period to change our species quotas for a start, because as from a week on Friday we are not in the EU anymore and not in the CFP.
