More killing

With all the publicity recently about that pig of a dentist who shot 'Cecil' the lion, I admit I didn't think of the other animals who also suffer this fete at the hands of mankind.

I have just read about a 9 YEAR OLD BOY from Canada, who giggled with his pals after he had shot and killed a brown bear, using a high-powered rifle.
Apparently the trip had been arranged as his birthday 'treat' by his father, who guides hunting parties in Alberta, Canada.

What is the matter with these people? Where does this blood lust come from? Are some people born with it? Are they taught by example? What pleasure do they get from taking an innocent life? Isn't there enough killing in the world, without killing purely for prestige and pleasure?

To my mind, that man should be thrown to the bears himself. That would be the best punishment for him and those like him. I also think the dentist should have been given to the lions to play with.

The dentist is now whining that animal activists have made his life a misery..

He's lucky , Cecil hasnt got a life thanks to him.

Re: More killing

I have never understood and never will how anyone can get pleasure out of killing and maiming innocent animals of any species. Does it make them feel big and brave shooting some creature that can't shoot back? In my book anyone who injures or kills any creature, calling it sport, is a worthless piece of garbage who should be put down.

Re: More killing

You ask why do some of these blood lust people do what they
do to animals.
I have a school friend who married a Yank and he goes
hunting for weekends away. He used to go with their son
Its inbred in a lot of the Americans simply because they
have always had guns. That's why we in general in the UK
cant understand that lust All we had when kids was pea shooters
and potato guns.
