Christmas Lights and Music.

Can't seem to find a thread for this kind of thing don't want to impose on the music thread .
So anyone got any favourite Christmas light connections please post them on here .Unless of course there is already a thread that I cannot find.

All I can say is - I am glad that I do not live anywhere near any of those tacky displays. It is yet another american import that, in my opinion, we could live without.

You have to admire folk that go out of their way to do this sort of thing. Also the thread was not titled what do you think of Christmas Lights. Has for an idea from the US sorry to tell you but the British have been doing this for along long time now the only thing different these days is that these ones are with music and done with computers.
When my kids and grandkids were with me one of the great things was to put them all in the car and drive around and see all the local homes lit with Christmas lights.
Quite a lot of them doing this for their local charities.
These days I find it much easier and less costly just looking at them on youtube its also certainly a lot warmer.

Warning
May I suggest if this thread offends you that you complain to the admin or mods and get it removed or better still for you grumpy old buggers just don't bother looking at Christmas threads if you are the scrooge types. That way you won't get upset.
