No I didn't but my mum did and if the cleaning staff were off for some reason, I've known her do it herself.The soap box will have to be quite sturdy, I will be standing there with you,if it isn't we'll both hit the deck.

Oh please no we might end up in hospital and catch something nasty!!!!!!

This is when the world went mad and nurses were not allowed to do the cleaning. The cleaners came from an agency and the cleaning cupboard could not be opened by nursing staff. Usually if someone was off they would send a replacement by mostly they were useless their idea of cleaning was laughable and of course they had no idea about cross contamination.

I will shut up now and wish that the cleaning ladies and gents of the past could return to our wards it would make so much difference.
