Morrisons lunchtime, had a sliver of salmon, baby potatoes, peas, and hollandaise sauce. And a pot of tea.

Something light and quick for supper.

Its a very large cauldron, so there's plenty still in it. My dumplings are still very soft and (suet) pudding(y) - just perfect. Anyway stew always tastes a lot better the 2nd, 3rd or 4th day.

Not yet Mups, haven't had the chance to get to Iceland yet. The SW macaroni cheese was home-made and totally `sin-free`
