Happy Saturday Folk.
I noticed yesterday that my tomato plants had flowers on them. I hope that the cold weather forecast for the coming week doesn't finish them off. I also earthed up my potatoes which had just broken the surface. Things are moving on.

Morning Alan, sat on that beach a few times over the years, took advantage of yesterdays warm weather to do a survey down the lake, lots of singing Blackcaps, Willow warblers, and Chiffchaffs around.Ominous looking clouds rolling in now, so i expect a bit of rain on the way, Have a good weekend everyone.

Good morning to all of you. Another cold one here and no warm up for another week. I survived the test yesterday, with a sore throat this morning though. Slept all day after I got home. We have a wonderful big lake here with very little public access to the beaches and those that open require a fee to get to. A lakeside lot probably cost more then most of us make in a lifetime.

a sunny start but it has clouded over, I was surprise to see there hadn't been any rain overnight as forecast.Shopping done and put away I am heading for the sewing machine . I have lots to do including two fleecy bed covers for Chloe
