No I'm sure they can't if the member's setting won't allow it

As long as you have ticked that privacy box in "Edit Options" they can't see anything and can't get into your profile at all.

And as mentioned before, non members see a different home screen to members so no photos are shown.

The little tree appears after 3 months "probationary"

Oh, Pyx, you are on an iPad? You can't hover? On a lappy, if you hover over the tree is says "X has posted 25 times and has been a member for at least 3 months".
