I Think l Am Going To Be Done For Shoplifting....

I know it was silly but l tried to walk out of a store with a 60” Television yesterday. I was chased down the road by a burly assistant who rugby tackled me as l ran for it.
What was l thinking? How could l be so stupid?

Please give me some advice. Will I go to prison? This is my first offence.
I really hurt my back carrying it... could l sue the store?

Stay home for a while Arty....this lockdown is getting to you. If the police come knocking at the door start coughing violently and offer them a cup of tea.

Art if you were 'being chased' carrying a 60inch TV you have missed your calling and should be in training for the Olympics in weight lifting and sprinting

If you had said 'staggered for a few feet ' carrying a 60inch TV I think that would be nearer the mark
