Now if only they'd reopen the damn gym...
Great stuff Tachyon, you'll have to be a bit innovative until the gym is open again.....Stay safe mate....

If you were into doing that OGF, you'd already know where the beach is.

Re: Are you getting enough?

There are quite a few beaches on the south coast. There is Brighton that everyone knows about but others where it happens that aren't quite so well-known. Just heard about them of course.

The weather would have to be good for me to go full monty Mart....And after two heart attacks diving into the sea at 7* is not recommended....

Re: Are you getting enough?

Too much Sun is not good for some skin types. My wife and I have both had patches of sore skin that wouldn't get better without using a chemotherapy cream.

I have a small area of skin on my nose that is constantly sore and peeling. I think it would get better with the cream but the patch isn't that noticeable and I don't want to use the cream unless I really have to. It works in a horrible way.

Keep the Sun off the bits where you really wouldn't want any skin problems is best I reckon.

You're right Mart, I got burnt to a crisp once when I fell asleep in the sun at Newquay, I was about 13 at the time on holiday with Mum and Dad. I never forgot the pain I went through for the next few days. I've sat in the sun since and been sunburnt but never as bad as that.

These days I just allow my legs and arms to get sunburnt, and very gradual.
I always keep the rest well covered, especially the sensitive () bits....
