Time to dust off and roll out the Group Hug emoji, I think.

Now let's just pause for a moment, and reflect on our love for one another.

Re: Rant alert - re Lockdown!

The nice thing about using a mobile as your only phone is that you can reject calls that occur at an inconvenient time and you can also send the person a message as to why you rejected the call to soften the blow.

Currently my excuses are:

I am on the train in a quiet carriage and will call you back ASAP

I am in a meeting but will call you back ASAP

I can't be disturbed at the moment but will call you back as soon as I can.

I am in a waiting room where I can't answer the phone but will call you back later

The final option is to block a number which works well but currently I only use that for two charities that insist on calling me on my mobile.

The final, final option is to turn the phone off or put it on silent.

Come to think of it - there are no downsides to using a mobile phone as your only communication device.

Re: Rant alert - re Lockdown!

I have had several calls about what to do about isolating and meetings etc. I am not a Doctor so I am not sure how I am supposed to know. Feel like telling them to watch tv.Anyway the advice changes every 5 minutes so I might tell them the wrong thing!
