Re: The Prince Andrew interview

Hi

As usual, I have my own view of things.

My daughter when she was at home had sleepovers, my lodgers are much younger and have parties.

Youth is beautiful, but it is for youth.

I am quite used to seeing scantily clad young ladies around.

Would I ever put my arms round them like Andrew was in the photo?

Absolutely not.

That is so, so, wrong.

I have absolutely no interest in 17 year old girls, half the age of my daughter.

It disgusts me.

Now their attractive Grannies, yes, absolutely.

There are many stunningly beautiful ladies my age and those are my focus.

It is not the natural order of things.

Good post Swim, I don't think Andy has done anything illegal, but it's morally wrong and not becoming of anyone, not least of someone who should be setting examples.
He should have been more careful who he considered a friend....

He has definitely done more harm than good and he can't 'un-say' it now.

Poor Cliff
He didn’t associate with pedophiles and has lead a blameless life .Yet the police disgracefully raised his house and informed the media so the raid was broadcast to the world
Not doing that to Andrew are they ?
It would be embarrassing to raid his house .
But PA is so hard faced / naive / arrogant / he’s thinks he only has to do an interview and say I didn’t do it all will be well.
He really shouldn’t take advice form mad woman .
( his private secretary and his ex wife )

Why exactly should he be setting an example ?
He is a not very intelligent man who has had jobs lined up for him.
He married a proliferate woman who blatantly betrayed him .
He is rude arrogant and does nothing unless it is to his own advantage .

He is an example of how not to live .

Hi

Simple decency Muddy.

It is totally wrong for a Dad of his age to pose for a photo like that with a girl of that age who is not a family member.

If it had been my daughter, I would have thumped him.

It is inappropriate behaviour.

I believe that anyone in the public eye has standards to maintain, surprisingly, some people do use famous people to set their examples...
Footballers, Musicians, members of the royal family and even some politicians.....

Re: The Prince Andrew interview

Hi

There is a world of difference between a hug from a littlie to Granddad to anything sexual.

A hug from a six year old is totally different to an older man hugging a sixteen year old teenager.

One I am comfortable with, the other I am not.
