There is half of the larger lawn to remove, then, the area will be covered with weed suppressant material so the area can be turfed in Spring. The Office just needs furnishing now, I'll stick a photo on later.

I just bought a house that needs rebuilding ....well just about. I'll start a thread on it later although have to admit I won't be doing the building myself....I'll do all the decorating though but thats a way off.

Half the final lawn area has been levelled and covered with weed inhibitor, just another two tons of top soil to be delivered, then the turf laid, time then for a chill out summer.

Oh well, time to finish the project, topsoil being delivered at 12.30pm today, the it is decision time, 53 sq metres of turf needed next week, do I have it delivered or lay it myself, will post the price difference after making a couple of phone calls.
