I don't drink any juice these days although I would like too, even those with no added sugar contain fruit sugars without the valuable fibre.I prefer to eat the whole fruit and get the full goodness
If I want 'juice' for thirst I have water with a slice of lemon on top which fools the nose into thinking you are drinking juice

For quenching my thirst I only find water does the trick. Any fruit juice is too sweet, although pure orange juice chilled is my favourite just as a pleasant drink. I like chilled tomato juice too, though I've not bought any for ages.
