Minx I don't drink any juice these days although I would like too, even those with no added sugar contain fruit sugars without the valuable fibre.
I prefer to eat the whole fruit and get the full goodness
If I want 'juice' for thirst I have water with a slice of lemon on top which fools the nose into thinking you are drinking juice

Trust me, you’d be drinking juice if you in the middle of Kruger. It’s extremely hot here!
For quenching my thirst I only find water does the trick. Any fruit juice is too sweet, although pure orange juice chilled is my favourite just as a pleasant drink. I like chilled tomato juice too, though I've not bought any for ages.

Oh I totally agree. There is nothing like water. I usually drink 2.5litres of water per day. It’s my only drink but I branched out whilst on holiday with some chilled juice - yummy!
