The result will be a faster PC. Cleaning and defragging should be run on a regular basis (usually weekly for most users, but I do mine daily).
Well...I have just downloaded it and will run it after I do this. I am ashamed to say that I have never cleaned up my laptop, and just assumed it was slower due to being old. So, I shall give this a go and see what happens Thanks for this, I will update you....

It didn't work I'm afraid. I had to change settings so that Microsoft let me run it. I installed it, and nothing happened. Am I doing something wrong? I have uninstalled it now.....

Are you installing PrivaZer on Windows 10 .....
