We are given a sheet of paper with what the vaccine is and that is it...For an obsessed paper mad copies and more copies needed for everything, kinda country, that is a strange one to me...a sheet.....

Mine's in my purse and it's fine. But it doesn't matter if I lose it or it gets wet or the dog chews it up, because all the details are on the NHS App.

(Btw, I don't actually have a dog )

I didn't know that - just checked - yes, my details are there .....

I also found a record on the NHS website - it can be downloaded as a standard or travel form (the latter with a 30-day QR code).
