if it is then I have one in my front garden - spends 360 days of the year looking green and boring, two days looking glorious and three days looking ragged and ever browning flowers littering the garden before returning to boring green again.

Three dead up in the Hunter region. Fortunately where I am south of Sydney we have just had 100mm of rain today but without the violent winds though they are supposed to be coming tonight.
The Manly ferry before the harbour was closed down.
That's a house floating down the creek in Dungong one of two that were washed off their footings by flood waters.

Good evening everyone. I'm late on today. Blame it on being on holiday from work last week and being hectic this week and not having a minute during the day!Alan I love your lovely "blue water" pic. It's so nice.
The sun was out when I came home, so I did some washing of the communal stairs after all the building work that's been going on, so that was no mean feat
. Hope everyone has had a nice day. I can feel an early night coming on...................
