Good morning Thursday

Good morning fellow interns, another fine spring day ahead here in the midlands methinks, so not all bad news.

I've more jobs in the garden later and also a couple of errands to run to Tesco and the pharmacy, which will allow me to run my Jeep for the first time in two weeks.

Wishing you a pleasant day everyone

Re: Good morning Thursday

Good morning everybody.

I cleaned my patio the other day & ran out of cleaner for the other parts I wanted to clean - path etc.

Ordered some more cleaner from e-bay which has been delivered to Argos inside our local Sainsburys. It's been there 2 days now but I'm waiting for daughter Karen to fetch it for me when she does a Sainsbury shop. When that will be I don't know!! I'm self isolating but so tempted to go myself - I have the mask & protective face shield...

We'll be going a short walk later and maybe I'll make a start on sorting all the drawers out.

Have a good day all.

Good morning from ‘out in the rural sticks’ to you all!

A dry day with sunny spells, although hazy sunshine times is the forecast.
Maximum temperature 23ºC.

It’s looking very much like a day in the garden, getting some sunshine and warmth.
I might even get some work done out there!

Enjoy your day everybody, whatever you may be doing.

Swim, I understand that more than 10% dehydration can cause seizures, so in this warmer weather make sure that Guy is drinking plenty of water and avoiding alcohol.
Better to be safe than sorry!

Swims I'm do sorry about your night with Guy I hope you are both OK today....it must be so difficult for you both.

Another sunny day....so I will be out in the garden although I have to admit there are no jobs to be done....I'll find something though I'm sure ..it's too nice to get on with jobs indoors

Have a good day all whatever's planned

Re: Good morning Thursday

Good morning everyone a lovely spring morning and I have already been out watering the plants.

I was excited at the prospect of a Waitrose order this morning only my second order of food in a month, then the delivery email arrived and half of it is missing...
Oh Well I shouldn't grumble I will be getting some apples, leeks, and cabbage to add a bit of freshness to my diet.

Enjoy your day

Swimmy I am sorry to hear Guy had such a bad night, it must be horrible for you as a parent...

Hi

Getting Guy to avoid alcohol is not an option.

He is however drinking plenty of water.

He is still smoking, which does not help.

He has brain damage due to falls from his seizures.

His treatments have been cancelled, understandably, due to the virus.

He knows he is going to lose the use of his left arm, which is devastating to him,

This has made him depressed, again understandable.

His brain is not functioning normally.

His MRI Scan has been cancelled, again not good for him.

We are where we are.
