I have a war medal from one grandad and a gold pocket watch and a penknife from my other grandad. When my Mum passed away, I couldn't think of anything tbh, my sister had her rings.

Grateful for what? Something you can't even use? Nah, just bin them and avoid wasting space.

My brother offered me his extensive LP collection and his expensive sound system because they were his pride and joy and he thought I'd like them after he died. I didn't like his kind of music so his LPs and HiFi stuff got sold off to help with funeral costs and I didn't give it a second thought. It was of no use to me and why would I keep it all when it was useless to me?
