Re: Teletubbies.

I watched them when babysitting my youngest grandchild having vowed there would be no TV but when you have charge of a baby for 11 hours during the day (so my DIL nurse could return to work) an hour of TV came as a welcome break for both of us

I prefer 'In the night garden' and 'Baby Jake'

Brings back memories trying to get the boys to stop singing that song in the car for the hundredth time ! Horribly catchy I only had to hear it once before I went to work and it went round and round in my head for the hours I was working. Kids loved it though.

Re: Teletubbies.

My grandchildren loved the Teletubbies, I think it was all the bright colours that attracted them at first and I used that as a way teaching them to recognise colours. These children's programmes may appear awful but there is always something for the child to learn from them ... concentration for a start.

Great to hear that the Teletubbies are making a come back - sixty episodes planned. That's good, I can get back to improving my dialogue.
