Keep consciously aware of your posture and hold your head up at all times.

Re: Posture

Hi, hanging from a pullup bar may be one of the best things you can do to help correct your posture. I practice it every time when I am in the gym. You can look in my pics album to get an idea how I do it. Hope it helps!

Re: Posture

It may sound strange but posture is linked to how your teeth are aligned. When people wear or lose back teeth and the jaw juts forward the posture often suffers. It's all connected.

Re: Posture

Hi friends,

Tight muscles in your upper body often cause bad posture. You can straighten posture through training and physical therapy. If you go to the gym or local park try stretching them on pull-up bars and other similar pieces like a stall bar.

I practice hanging from a pull-up bar every time I am at my gym. I hold onto a pull-up bar as long as I can. You can start at 10 seconds and increase it gradually up to 15 minutes per week.
