I did laugh at you eating the whole pack in one day and in such a short period of time!
But they aren't huge, and they are moreish!
Plus, when I really like something, I can't stop! (There's loads I don't like, though, so I'm not too piggy!
)They're called trifle bakewells but they aren't trifle, they are tarts.
And yes, they are full of chemicals, and most times I shy away from highly processed stuff, so it's only a little vice!

Re. me baking my own cakes, I used to do loads of cooking and baking, but in more recent years, I just don't enjoy cooking any more, or at least not most of the time. Besides which, baking was never my strong point, to be honest.
