Sue the other day had to queue for half an hour to get into a supermarket and then only let in two people at a time, and even then limited to an amount of any one item.

These are fellow human beings for goodness sake. Everyone rushed to help the famine in Ethiopia and other places where the money went straight into corrupt government pocketsPerhaps there is nothing we can do to help the Italians - except show a bit a of compassion!

To coin a phrase which I normally hate, we are all in it together, not just Europe but the whole World. No one is special, in fact it has levelled us. Wealth doesn't come into it either.
