Hey ho another day, another lockdown, so another groundhog day I guess, walk the dogs do some chores and eat a couple of nice meals, how hard can it be, nothing's really changed for us here at Barry Towers ...

Another day inside except for one trip out for supplies.

Guy is talking to his friends in Taiwan, they are doing things very differently there.

Facemasks and temperature checks everywhere.

Good Morning everyone.

It must have rained in the night as the trees dripped on me when out for this morning's walk.

Only definite plan for today is to make some pasta - there was plenty of "0" flour in Sainsbury's on Tuesday. I remembered to defrost some minced beef over night so will cook up a spicy Linguine Bolognese.

Other than that - whatever comes!

Good morning everyone, still chilly but the sun is trying to come out.
My lettuce seeds are coming through but could do with a bit of warmth to help them along.

My Daughter in law has sent the school reports for the term for my 3 older grandchildren which I will read before doing any work this morning then I am going to give the bathroom a good clean.

Good morning from ‘out in the rural sticks’ to you all!

Chilly this morning. The forecast is for a dry and rather cloudy morning with a few bright or sunny intervals, along with the odd shower. Maximum temperature 14ºC.

It does seem that spring may have arrived. It’s brighter and milder today, perhaps working in the garden might soon be possible! Just to be outside would be better than these four walls!

I'm beginning to wonder if I, by accident, put my clocks forward by a month rather than an hour!

Strange how a bit of sunshine makes me so more positive about things!

Morning All, just. It has clouded over here now.
I think I need to put my 'new' bird table, which has been standing in the sun lounge for years, out in the garden. The roof is nearly off the old one & it's full of holes, it has has lasted for nearly 40 years, so it doesn't owe me anything. It's so rickety the birds won't perch on it now, I did wonder why no feed had been eaten from it.
When Son gets in from work, he can help me move old & place the new.
