I don't mind wasting time on my own but don't like others to waste it. I try never to waste theirs.

I tried to mend an old clock but failed. What a waste of time that was!

Same here, though not a photo frame, the excuses, I forgot, then, I had to work late & finally I don't want it now. Over three days I was spitting chips.
