Coffee Machines

I am thinking of buying (or asking Santa for one) a coffee machine. The ones that you use the coffee in pods with.

Just wondering which is best to buy? Any recommendations, or otherwise, please?

Re: Coffee Machines

Those machines are just a kettle by any other name, so save uourself a couple of hundred quid and some space on your worktop by just getting the pods, pour into a cup and fill out of the kettle....simples
We tend to use the Nescafe "Cafe" range of sachets, which we find make a better drink than anything those fancy machines can turn out.

Thanks Julie. I take it that Dulce gusto is the brand of coffee (Nescafe) as different machines seem to use it. Now I need to know which machine?

My son is on his third all singing all dancing expensive coffee machine but his coffee still can't compare with mine made with a good quality Kenyan coffee and this costing £2 .50 + filters

Re: Coffee Machines

I'm just drinking a Nescafe cappuccino out of a sachet ... just as good as CostaFortune and only £3 for a box of 10 ... but I buy when they are on offer for £1.50.

Otherwise its Tesco's own Classic Rich Roast

Re: Coffee Machines

I have those too Myrtle, the unsweetened version. They're OK but not quite the same as the "real" thing! ...... Wetherspoon's finest!
