Tai Chi in the Park

Join the Saracens Sport Foundation and Age UK Barnet for a mass participation event at Allianz Park.

We aim to get 1000 local residents moving as one with Tai Chi on the pitch. Tai Chi is known for its health benefits including reducing joint pain, improving balance and mobility and as a means of alleviating stress and anxiety.

As well as activity there will be a wide range of information about all the activities on offer for over 50s in Barnet.

Sounds fun. No idea where Barnet is, except it's bound to be a long way away from me!

Barnet is down sarf I think. Nowt wrong with Thai Chi though-just breath and make moves .

I understand it can be very beneficial especially for seniors. I prefer a long hike meself.
