Re: Back Pain and Posture Problem?

I have an old, but professional exercise bike which I don't use as much as I should but I find that five to ten minutes on it normally relieves any aches and pains whether it's in my back or neck. I'm not say you should go mad, just a few minutes of gentle exercise. Oh, and make sure you can listen to music or watch TV because it's extremely boring.

Re: Back Pain and Posture Problem?

I find swimming helps me with any aches and pains I get, exercises the whole body and is no real effort. I do 40 lengths of the Training Pool Monday to Friday, but that is extreme, you could try a couple of times a week. Hope your pain b****rs off soon.

Re: Back Pain and Posture Problem?

Have you considered that it might be your bed causing your problem? I used to get back pain when getting up in the morning but since getting a memory foam `topper` the pain has gone.

Could be a simple case of getting a more supportive mattress?

Re: Back Pain and Posture Problem?

Has anyone tried the 'Alexander Technique' to correct posture?
