Smoked Salmon

Don"t ya love it !
It was reduced over at Tesco"s so I bought 4 packs , been grazing all afternoon,Well only on one of them , I am not greedy . Put the rest in the freezer

I smoke my own fish as I catch a lot myself.

Very easy to do and you can use all sorts of woods and flavours.

Been doing it for years, lots of us do.

Some good salmon and trout rivers here.

You can also smoke it on your hob if you want.

I love smoked salmon. Salmon is one of the few food items that are cheaper in France so when we go over on holiday we bring enough packs back to last us until our next visit.
