If you need to chill, I recommend something like this. I have my Amazon Echo at the side of my bed set to play Tibetan Bowls like these for fifteen minutes by which time I'm well away in the land of nod.

I've got one of those tuned Tibetan bowls!
I got it from some Tibetan monks! (In England!)
It's a beautiful sound and like magic!
You 'play' it by running a special wooden stick around the outside rim of the bowl, until it 'sings'.
Probably, although I have seen composite string instruments in instrument museums, some of which looked very peculiar, so it may have been based on an old one as well.

At the International Yoga Day every year, (it's June 23rd this year), they always have someone there who 'plays' those bowls, Judd.
I don't know if it is because my ears are extraordinarily sensitive to certain pitches and sounds, or it is the way she plays them, but I have to leave the room.
It does something to my ears which I find really uncomfortable, and I have to go out till she's finished.
When we were kids, we used to circle a finger around the rim of a glass and get a similar sound. It used to upset the dog!

Liked the guitar/harp though.
What a gifted young man.
