Hill climb training

26-28% grade hill climb practice on 29er road uni. Five non-stop climbs and descents. Whew! That was a workout! Next challenge: 200 miles in 24 hours or less! Just south of 60, so gotta go for it while I can!

Good luck for the 200 miles in 24 hours, that would be quite an achievement

Oh my goodness - you must be super fit!! Good for you . I hate even walking up a hill, never mind cycling!!

Thanks guys! I'm gonna try for an even 10 climbs as soon as the weather cools down, whenever that might be!
