May I introduce to you....

Uncle Joe. He has been a dear friend of mine for years even though we have never met face to face.
He loves unusual foods and can even cook them. Stay away from his bacon pudding though. UGH!!!!
He may have "joint & health issues" but that doesn't affect his "dry" English humor.

BTW Bacon pudding is fabulous food - anyone who wants the recipe - you have but to ask.
