It is, however there is a trend for ridiculing men in ads.
They seem to be bumbling whilst women look on shaking their heads.
I don't know what the guys think of it, perhaps they like it.
Some arseholes also took umbrage at an advert displaying men having fun while a woman was tending to a pushchair, the implication being that women are stereotyped as carers.
The advertisements are a fuss over nothing...
John Humphries has been slated by some for taking the complaints lightly on the Today programme.
If the ASA want something to do they could get rid of those advertisements that insult the public's intelligence for eg the whole repertoire belonging to a certain comparison website..
