Good Morning Fellow Forum Jockeys.....
Cloudy with sunny spells and a bit cooler at six thirty this morning as I led out for five easy miles.....
Nobody died or got injured and today looks like being another post in the fence of life....I'm just finishing my speed graph of forty years of running, quite monotonous as I entered all of my times in hours, minutes and seconds and they need changing to minutes and tenths of a minute......
Hope to get into the workshop today to attend to some 'work in progress' but that's just a hobby and there's work to do in the garden....
If I'd have known Carol was offering tea and chocolate biscuits for painting her gates, I would have done them for nothing....
Sorry Susie, coffee doesn't do it for me......

Good afternoon everyone
Just returned from visiting my SIL in Intensive Care after his 12 hour operation yesterday, we are so relieved to hear they have been able to remove 98% of the tumour in his head. He's still very groggy this morning but that should improve in time. We were able to feed him his dinner of which he managed half, then left him to rest for the day.
Lots of catching up to do on here now!
