I suppose I should start a new thread on this so apologies, but tbh I am getting really fed up with carbon footprint martyrs.I care about the planet as much as anyone but people making a hoo-haa about taking wind powered ships on journeys that take three weeks are not helping to save the planet. They are just making a joke of the situation.
It's a bit like the vegan argument about cows farting being more of a climate changer than chopping down rainforests to plant soya.
The whole world will turn communist soon, you wait and see.
