Not sure that the powers that be agree with this.

IMO There are many countries which stock up, on highly dangerous things, just in order to have something more frightening than that of the perceived enemy.

Already in place, nuclear bomb wise, and very likely to be in place with the virus.

We're all at it!

Leaks will bring us down. sooner or later.

I believe that this one nearly did.
