Hi from hospital
My day didn’t turn out as planned. This morning I tried to swat a wasp and missed. It flew straight into my right eye and stung me. I’ve never experienced such excruciating pain, far worse even than when I was run over. Katarina rushed me to the ER. So now here I am, dosed up with painkillers and a dressing over my eye. Hope I can go home tomorrow. Right now I’d commit murder for a smoke.

I was allergic to wasp stings when I was a little lad. Maybe I still am - I have avoided them since.

Oh my God Ulla, you poor thing, I cannot even begin to imagine how painful that must have been
