My winter nights are no different to summer nights, I go to bed by 8.30pm, read for a little while before going to sleep.

My children and I are of the opinion my husband has Asperger's Syndrome, he cannot be tested for it due to the brain damage he sustained when he had a brain haemorrhage in 2005. However, our eldest grandson (17) does have the condition and they are like two peas in a pod, both are highly intelligent.
