We looked into a few when we were looking for a new home, sadly they are grabbed up by builders etc who redevelop the site and make a huge profit. It's same with cheaper houses that need work very few people who want to live in them get a look in with the builders getting them and doing them up and then suddenly the people who would have loved to have a chance to live in one are priced out of the market.
