I've tried some funny things at times, don't even know what some of them were but the most revolting thing I was ever forced to try was mursik in a Masai manyatta, fermeted milk mixed with cow urine and ashes. I was full of bravado until I got some in my mouth and promptly threw up, which amused them all no end.

Have to say I rather enjoy raw tripe with plenty of salt and vinegar.
Cooked with onions [A classic French dish]it is very delicious and creamy.
