Haaa....he is a goofy one, Gerry Colonna ...Here, the oceanside homes are gobble up in one minutes after they put the for sale sign in front..... THEN they buy the house and are surprise that each year the flooding insurance go up up up..... we was lucky that we buy this house back in 2004 because they are not able to raise our property insurance more high....the rate is "grandfather status" for us... But - I will tell you that even if they was make more expensive the insurances rate, we still would stay here because we like to be near the ocean - even though this weekend will bring astronomical high tide to us during the snow blizzard...that mean fishies and crabs will running around in our yard once again...lol....crazyness once more. Thank you for this song, Michael... is funny-sweet...
