Lady Day. One of the last recordings. Neither her or Lester Young were in great shape; but what a performance. This is real soul music!

Ahhh...Billie Holiday - such a classic 'blues' voice from so long ago...tragic life she have, but her voice was golden to us..... Thank you for post this for us graculus... Is very enjoyable to hear her voice again!.......remind me of those old day when they was have the supper clubs for all black patron - I believe they must have the best clubs around back then, yes?
