Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)
Went to Church this morning - so nice to see different walls and friendly faces, even if they are half covered with masks. Churchwarden asked me to read the first lesson so had to take my mask off five minutes beforehand and clean my glasses!Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)
Youngest grandson is here doing schoolwork on his laptop. At least he was, think he may be on Minecraft by now.Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)
Went Tesco shopping early this morning-the highlight of the week!Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)
Having the vaccine at the local "cottage" hospital at Bronllys. It's the Pfizer vaccine and I presume they are using that because there would be a deep freezer there. There is also a vaccination centre at the Royal Welsh Showground where I think they might use the Oxord vaccine (no freezer there). I was told in my invitation letter that I would be going to Bronllys but the first thing the gentleman asked me when I rang was whether I was able to get there. There must be quite a few over 80's who wouldn't be able to get there and possibly queue outside!Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)
Another rainy one here and not many on the beachRe: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)
DIL came over to cut Rob's hair and for the first time wore a mask while she was in here. She has heard that there is a case of Covid in the village. To close for comfort if it's true.Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)
