Yes it does, and because they are anonymous there are much more of them now, in the old days it was impossible to be an anonymous bully, indeed even if you wrote a letter to the editor of a newspaper you had to supply your name and address which could be checked before publication.Re: Does the internet facilitate unpleasant behaviour?
