I had that too carol but my youngest son says not to touch Windows 10 yet so, as he's he family expert, I don't, but he said that this is genuine Microsoft hard-selling. stevmk2
Nothing happens. I tried it with the other programmes and a box popped up to uninstall or repair.
When I clicked on Norton nothing happened at all. I'm giving up now. I've contacted my computer man - hopefully he'll get to sort me out sometime next week.

I'd agree with him! I'm sticking with Windows 7, if it aint broke don't fix it!
