Well over Mags, Boxing Day was spent relaxing, no need to cook - too full to eat
and there were still snags and bits left from Christmas day.
Actually the weather wasn't brilliant over Christmas and Boxing Day, Christmas Eve was 30'C but overnight there was some desperately needed rain and Christmas day was only about 20'C and overcast in fact I put a light jacket on at one stage in the afternoon. The weather didn't really affect our arrangements we still ate outside.
Can't really complain we needed the rain very much - the ground was bone dry with December only having about 40mm of rain. Sydney fared much worse than where I live, they had
the wettest Christmas Day for 70 years
All in all it ended up as being one of the best Christmases (sp?) since the kids left home, even though one of my kids is away serving in the Gulf and my grandson was in Queensland. Talked to both of them on the phone during the day.
